Hartnoll is the business director for Conveyor Group. She handles business development and strategy, marketing, copy development, employee communications (HR), accounting, vendor coordination, media planning, traffic control (job flow), and client account management. A fourth generation Valleyite (Imperial Valley), Hartnoll comes from the life-long school of self employment and hard work. Her education includes an Associates Degree in business administration from Gavilan College in Gilroy, CA, and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in business administration with an emphasis in management and extended studies in marketing and media communications from San Diego State University - main campus. Hartnoll's diverse experience includes administrative assistance for real estate operations, banking and finance, international trade, and architectural fabrication. More recently Hartnoll has taken on some consultation projects for business organization and restructuring for marketing and creative agencies and regional chambers of commerce. Hartnoll enjoys the culinary arts as well as collecting fine wines. She is an amateur interior designer and a cultured world traveler. Hartnoll is also the dedicated mother of a baby boy.
